Shocking reviews

I am surprised with all these negative reviews being poste about this company. I used to do their nationwide deliveries between 2018 and 2020 and I really wonder what went wrong. They made the best furniture and we were delivering as far as Cape Town, Jeffreys Bay and Durban. How did things now turn to this? I really hope they will get help from whatever is going on with them and return to deliver the great service they once did.
