**** service and poor communication

i am so appalled by your service and attitude of the ladies representing your business, both Samke and Tanaka have horrible attitudes when you need follow up and assistance after being silent for weeks, however was over helpful with the quote and requesting the deposit. they don't know there managers details , not an email address or contact number. the manager is also always very busy and full of excuses and does not want to take ownership, she never returns calls as promised. please let me make this clear if the product is not delivered by the 6th week which is next week , and it is not what i want, i will not hesitate for a second to take this further with the CGCSA. regards
