Refund never received, emails and phone calls ignored!
Been waiting for a refund of R14k on a wrongly manufactured bunk bed for nearly 2 years and I am being ignored completely by them ever since Concilia said I would get the refund. They even ignored lawyers letters. They are a ****! Disgusting company *********** hard working innocent people.

We apologise for this. Was the bed returned to us? Can we have an order number, we are not aware of this order and refund since we can't get much out of the M M name.
