The worst experience ever received

I bought a chest of drawer at Classic Deaign a few months ago. They failed to deliver on time until I asked them to refund me. The day I requested my refund they delivered the item , and I had to return it , I sent them an emails 15 minutes after delivery stating that the item will be returned, as I don’t need it anymore and request my refund. I have been requesting my refund for approximately two months now, and they don’t respond to my emails. The last time they responded they claimed tha the item was returned damaged , and they will have to decrease my payment, what’s funny is that they never mentioned this to me upon return, but only when I requested my refund. I spoke to Fortune upon return and she never stated that the item was damaged. I have been requesting for my refund, but they don’t want to pay me back.

This company is a **** and their service is very poor
