Poor Service, incomplete order

Very poor service! We ordered a 5-in-1 convertible cot in October 2017. We allowed sufficient time (6 to 8 weeks as they indicated) to receive it by end of November 2017, but only got it middle December 2017 after it was apparently sent to the wrong city...

When we finally received it, there were no assembly instructions. They e-mailed us the instructions, only to find that they are almost useless in any case.

The paintwork (wood stain) was not properly app****, yet they insist it's how it should be. I have sufficient experience with stain to know when it's not properly app****.

The chipboard base provided is not the correct size. After being promised that we would receive the correct size by 14 December 2017, to date (6 February 2018) we still haven't received it.

As we were unable to completely assemble it, we have now noticed that they didn't even send us the complete shipment (as ordered, invoiced and paid for)!

Poor communication, no follow up from their side and now that our baby is due, we are left with an unfinished product. I cannot recommend Classic Designs with a clear conscience.
