Not structurally sound
If you value your money and your child's life do not buy from them. Bunk bed was purchased in 2018, used by my now 8 and 6 year old sons. The supporting panel on the side broke in half while my child was on the bed. Luckily the bottom bunk was empty at the time the bed at the top collapsed. I have been calling and emailing but keep getting told they will call me back :-(. Just the thought of what could have happened had my other child been at the bottom makes me very upset and concerned about all the children who may be using their bunk beds where such a horrific thing can happen.

This is really unfortunate. Given the pictures provided, the supawood panel broke in the middle and this is not a workmanship issue. Not sure why the wood wood break because this is a panel without joins, could be kids jumped on the bunk or an over recommended weight Person climbed on bed.
Considering this was delivered in 2018 without any issues unfortunately we cannot help. And the degree of the damages can't be fixed as well, a new structure will be required. Only staircase can be recycled.
