No business ethics

Bought a bunk bed from Classic which was delivered after two months, as if that was not enough, the color was not as per the specification. I called them the moment i got home to advise that the colors are wrong, they promised to bring a correct bed the following week. It has been a month and half waiting for the replacement. All i get from Concilia is lies after lies if she doesn't ignore the emails. I wish i had checked Hello Peter before placing my order to avoid such a headache
