Horrible service with no feedback at all
<p>Bla</p> <p>Ordered our 5-in-1 crib from the mama magic baby show in April and delivery is well past the origional promised 6 weeks.</p> <p>I had to call to get updates and was told there was a backlog. But the expected completion date was moved out twice. Arranged to go pick it up when it was supposedly ready but was told a day before that the factory would be closed so that the team could rest.</p> <p>Was offered complementary delivery to compensate for the hassle but twice now they have failed to come deliver on the scheduled date without any communication what do ever. My cot still hasn't arrived</p> <p>Avoid at all costs.</p>
