Horrible quality and poor service

Dont waste your time and money buying from this place.... I ordered a king size bed from them in November last year, I was told they would only manufacture and deliver by end of January 22 which I was happy with.. the end of Jan came I queried it and was told they had a back log and I would get it mid February, this too came and went and I was promised end of February.. surprise surprise February ended and no bed after I eventually got frustrated and told them I wanted a refund and was promised the bed in a week. Eventually today 18th March my bed arrived and the quality os absolutely shocking.. the edges of the boards are all chopped and rough, there are ***** hole in a board that you can see a bracket was clearly mounted in the wrong place just taken off and left like that. There are scratches on the boards. The plastic edging is already peeling off. I have requested they collect the bed and refund me as I cannot accept a bed of this quality at the price we paid.. I will update on the outcome of my refund request..
