Great products

Third time around ordering from Classic Designs (Conciia), the quality of products is very very good. Nothing compared to the cheap imported stuff you immediately find from their competitors and having it customised your way is a plus. See all the reviews here is mine. If she tells you she doesn't have stock and have to make it, this takes anything from 6 plus weeks, and if they have 5 to 10 days. Two times I ordered what was immediately available and received the order in 3rd and 7th day respectively. The other one was customised and got it in the 7th week. Concilia is the owner, handles all the admin, sales and designing. Extremely talented but the work overwhelms her. You have to follow up, or track status of your order online, updates are really not done. You can call and she tells you she will call back, chances she will are..... My advice, hire much-needed help, customer service is just as important. I visited the factory as well in Kathehong, you can see a lot of hard work is being done, very impressive how hard they work.
