Extremely poor communication and empty promises on service delivery.

Order placed 3 May 2019. Very quick to invoice. 60% deposit paid 6 May 2019. 2 - 4 weeks for delivery according to Concilia as per email. I sent email 29 May to ask for progress update. According to email recieved on 30 May the order was done and scheduled to be dispatched on the 31st of May and we would receive it 5 June 2019. Balance paid on 2 June 2019. Delivery received 4 June 2019.

This was however not the full order and this was where all the trouble started. Up to date 17 phone calls to try and get info on delivery of outstanding items. I have a record of all these calls I made. Empty promises of items being dispatched and tracking number that will be send. No tracking number, no delivery and today is 1 July 2019. Total value of order was R18 256.64

This is absolutely disguating to say the least. Trying to support local companies and then you get this service.

If you are not able to deliver on orders, do not accept orders until you can produce the goods.

I will not recommend this company to anyone due to poor communication and service.

Hopefully this will be rectified soon otherwise further action will be taken.
