Empty promises with absolutely appalling service- do not order from this company!
Ordered a bunk bed for our son. Service was great until they had the money. Then the excuses began. Even gave us a delivery person's telephone number with a final promise to deliver on 15 December. (We have been waiting over two months) The delivery man had no idea what we were talking about. Seems like Concillia (the sales rep) either doesn't know what is going on at all in the workshop, or that the bed was never manufactured. Either way, we have received absolutely no feedback (after the initial empty promises) and our calls and emails go unanswered even when we can see that she is reading our messages. Blatant disregard for customer service! Initiating legal action. Do not use this company!!

We apologise for the bad experience you had with Classic Designs, and that is not acceptable.
We have looked into this issue and indeed several delivery dates were given as the client insisted on delivery and assembling by Classic Designs. Our Company offers delivery and installation in Gauteng, upto 200 km from our Factory in surrounding provinces and in Durban only if we have 3 or more deliveries. This was communicated and advised that the Durban orders were not complete and would only deliver when we do Durban deliveries as you were in an outlying area, 200 km away from Durban. Our mobile team could not, unfortunately deliver one order in those circumstances as it is both costly financially and delay other deliveries.
As per our discussion this morning, the funds have been reversed and order cancelled. We apologise once again.
