Do not recommend

I was promised delivery before the festive season, and had said if they were unable to deliver before Christmas to provide a refund. I was assured they would deliver by the 22nd. Come the 22nd my bed had not arrived and conveniently No one was available to address my issue as they would be closed til January. I only received my order on the 28th this is after it had been delivered to the wrong address (wrong city!!)

On receipt the bed had no assembly instructions and the wood work was broken in some areas, and the paint chipped in other areas. As soon as they opened I sent emails of my complaints. I received a call saying the bed could be returned and replaced with another that would be delivererrd at the end of Jan. Following my initial experience with them I was not interested in this offer and requested a refund. I then (I should have done this BEFORE making the purchase) came on various review platforms and saw how many people this company had not refunded, provided inadequate goods, some still waiting for their initial orders several months later and realised I could very well end up with no refund and no bed. I cancelled the return and got a carpenter to come in assemble the bed and try and rectify/conceal any issues he could.

I hope people come on here before buying and and stay away from this company. Shoddy work, poor service, disappointing experience. Do not purchase from Classic Designs.
