Do not buy from them. Full of lies and empty promises. Inefficient and so unprofessional
I ordered and apaid a 5in 1 cot bed from them on the 30th of November 2017. I even paid more than the required amount because I knew I was still going to buy some items from them. On the 7th of December I made a follow up then I was told they are busy with my order. On the 12th I made another follow up and I was told they are busy organising a transportation. After that I never heard from them until I send an email and get an auto response that they have closed and all of their phones are on voicemail. Then I started sending them messages on Facebook where admin asked for my order number. I gave it to admin and admin confirmed it and after that admin never answered my messages till now. And I made it clear to them that I'm expecting a baby last week of December and the cot should be here. The last thing I wanted was being stressed by them on the last weeks of my pregnancy.

We have revised the communication on your order invoiced on 26/10/2017 and partially paid on 30/11/2017. After payment was received, you advised our offices to hold on delivery since you wanted to make full payment. An email was received from you on the 12/12/2017 to arrange delivery for the products equivalent to the amount paid and you received a correspondence the same day saying we we under pressure with deliveries and would confirm if we can since we were closing on the 15th of Dec. Being a long distance delivery we failed and we apologise that no communication was made.
Our products have a 4 to 6 weeks lead time and the deposit was made 15 days before we closed. We apologise for the lack of communication and your order has been dispatched.
