Classic Design's Big Disappointment

Awful Service from start to finish, yet amazing product once ALL items were received. I would not recommend purchasing from this company. I was promised feedback from the day I paid my money, I never once ever received an email or phone call. Concilia, is the lady who answered the phone each time, Concilia, was the lady to response (if I was lucky) to my emails. This was only done on my constant enquiries on either the progress of my order, delivery - all delayed. Then the real nightmare started when a part of the order was missing, only to be received 3 weeks later - does anyone know of a courier company taking 3 weeks to deliver - not me ever, in fact Ive been so impressed with the comittment of courier's getting goods to you on the dated the provider promises. Classic Designs is inefficiently run and should look at the service delivery aspect of their business.
