Buy from someone else

Shocking service. I placed the order on 1st of May, if I only knew that couple days after that they would close their website... I received the order confirmation and a what's up the next day but no communication after it. I tried calling, emailing and what's up but all my attempts were ignored until I told them that will be opening a police case. Then I got a response that the order is still in the queue for production and I will be getting ETA soon. I then requested for a refund since the goods are not even in production yet with just one week left before the original delivery date. There was no response again. I really did not want to write a negative review because I have purchased from this company previously and my son is still using the bed that they delivered to us. I had no issues with my first order but it was a few years ago. I do not know what happened with this company since then but it is very sad to see how you are disappointing your customers now. I know that you could do so much better before, that's why I wanted to support your business again. If you are behind with your orders, just communicate with your customers. A lot of them could wait if there was only communication and re-assurance that you are still working on delivering these orders but there's no communication... So I will be also forced to open a police case.
