Concilia was really helpful, she knows their products inside out to the smallest details. Fortune kept informed and I could look up the progress of my order on their website. </p> <p> </p> <p>Received the bunk on the 5th week and kudos to the Delivery team. Israel and Morgan were cheerful, professional and smart! </p> <p> </p> <p>My son is in love with the bed! It's gorgeous, smoothly painted and so warm! WI'll definitely recommend you guys!</p>
