@ Classic Designs our promises are worthless. Let us prove it to you.
<p>So here is a company that are quick to take your deposit and balance payment prior to delivery or collection, but when it comes to honouring their commitments things slow down rapidly!</p> <p> </p> <p>Firstly the completion date was not honoured, it was only when my wife called to confirm that all is in order for us to come collect that we were infomed they need another 2 weeks to finish our order.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then on the day of collection we arrived at their factory but were kept waiting for an hour before the person that could assist us arrived. While we waited we watched the factory workers hastily spraypainting a bedset, little did we know that it was our bedset they were finishing up... The thing is it was a completely different color to the one we ordered...</p> <p> </p> <p>When the Supervisor told us it was our bed we explained that the bed was the wrong color "eish" & "sorry" were the words used for everything. We then called the owner of the company Concilia Kambaram with whom my wife made all the arrangements. She apologised and explained that we can take the bedset they built but that they will manufacture the correct set orderd and deliver it at their cost and then collect the wrong set early in January 2018. This agreement was also confirmed in an email from Concelia.</p> <p> </p> <p>Since January my wife called and emailed numerous times but was simply ignored. Then finally on the 8th March she rep**** to our emails saying that she was battling to find the correct material but would get back to us within a week. Needless to say that NEVER happened... I then called them on the 27th March to check what is going on. The owner Concelia again promised and confirmed in writing that <br />"Your replacement bunk will be delivered on Saturday the 7th of April"</p> <p> </p> <p>Needless to say were still waiting and have not heard from Concelia Kambaram from Classic Designs since.</p> <p> </p> <p>http://www.classicdesigns.co.za</p> <p>www.facebook.com/beenbaby/</p>
