Appalling service

I bought a Cot Combo from Classic designs and was promised that it would be completed and delivered within 6 weeks of ordering. Since then i have had no feedback from them in regards to my order. I have to always chase them for feedback and they always never respond to the communication sent and never pick up their office phone. When you finally get someone on the phone they have no idea whats going on and they will pass you from pillar to post. They couldn't deliver on time and asked for an extension of a week and a half, which they still couldn't make the date. i called again then they said they would deliver on Saturday. Now when i call them again, they are now telling me i need to wait another week to deliver which i don't trust. I have repeatedly ask for the managers number and my invoice so i can take up this matter and they give me numerous numbers but never the manager/owner or my invoice. I feel like i am being conned by these people. The baby arrives in about two weeks and i still dont have a place for the baby to sleep. Really fed up.
