Appaling Service and Empty Promises
Appaling service and empty promises. The owner Concillia has been telling me I will be getting delivery of my bed and to date I have received nothing. So sick and tired of the lies from Concillia on the delivery. I will lodge a complaint about this business to the National Consumer Council. I need by bed or my refund asap Concillia! Disgusted with the lack of customer service!
