All talk, no delivery

Utterly gutted that we trusted this company to deliver the gorgeous bunkbed that we ordered at the end of February. Paid in full and promised 6 week delivery only to be told later that production had been delayed, then emailed saying that they were unable get compressed wood (which shouldn't have been an issue for my order as it was meant to be Pine) and then emailed once again to say that my delivery will take place the week of the 6th of June... no show. I've since opened a ***** case against them.
