Damaged vehicle

Good day,

I was in a businees trip in Upington 31 Aug 2017, booked into a what seemed to be decent guest house, upon arriving to my vehicle the next morningm it was severery damange, 3 panels scratched smash and grab window tron out, causinf R17 000 damage to my vehicle.I was informed by the owners and the broker that the guest house has a clause in there contract, stating that should i not have insurance, the guest house is liable for all damages. It has been 3 weeks since the incident, they simply tell me sorry they can not help me, shown on camera how the ***** walked through the guest house, between the rooms drinking coffee. They accepted liability as no where stipulated parking at own risk.
