Extremely Bad Service for Contractor

I am writing this review to warn other potential customers of the bad and aggressive service I have received form Classic Comfort Construction.

I entered into a renovation with this company and they have given me nothing more than additional expenses and bad attitude throughout the construction. Every little problem which should have been covered in the original quote has been billed at absorbent rates which are not market related and anything that has been removed from the job has not been credited. Not only this but the contractor has given me attitude with any small request given.

I asked the contractor to please provide his staff with a hired portable toilet as they were defecating all over the property as a new sewer line was being constructed. By Law the contractor needs to provide sanitary facilities for his employees. He told me that I should rather put down some sheeting on the floor at my cost as a toilet. After this he then agreed to hire one and was happy to again charge absorbent rates for this when it should have been his cost under National Building Regulations.

I have been constantly fighting with the contractor and am not impressed with the service of quality of this companies work.

I would never recommend using Classic Comfort Construction for any project!
