<p>I have been in an accident with a 11 month old (new) vehicle on 14/6/2016. Classic coachworks was appointed by our insurance company to repair the vehicle. 7 months later the claim is unsettled, the vehicle still not satisfactorily repaired. They are unable to do the proper repair jobs. I only got back the vehicle today and am now waiting for a response from Discovery Insure that has also been very unhelpful during this claim. We need to drive the vehicle now until further investigation by another assessor will direct as to how everything will be handled from hereon.</p>
