Dawood Bassa - Owner of this company - requested that my retired mother pay the full amount to install an conditioner. He was referred by someone on a community Whatsapp group. The full amount was paid on 3 November 2022. To date, no installation has been done and the owner keeps promising that he will refund the money. We have not received payment almost 3 weeks later. DO NOT CONTACT THIS COMPANY!
