Once I placed my order they sent a message saying same has been shipped

to my excitement I was for the delivery that was in September

when I enquire they say the parcel was delivered and I need to check with the post office

I indicate there are two post offices near me which one as they have delivered the parcel

they couldn't tell

they only advise i locate the parcel

because its mine I take it upon myself to go to the two post offices

none of them have my parcel

I tell them even request a refund

now they indicate they are sorry however the parcel just arrived in the country and there has been a delay

they will process my refund IMMEDIATELY

i wait

again I enquire , I'm told that my bank is refusing the refund and that I need to give them my banking details so they send me the money via EFT

I do that , two weeks later I'm still waiting

when I enquire I'm told they had to make sure that the funds rejected by my bank have reflected in their account , which they also indicated that the funds have reflected and they will send the money

To date I'm still waiting

the only communication you have with the company is email which they are failing to respond

If anyone intends on buying from them , please don't.

as not only will you not receive your parcel but will also struggle to get a refund from them

even when they indicate that same takes 3-5 days to reflect
