Availability of parts for an old lawnmower!

I have a RYOBI lawnmower that is 16 years old and for the past 18 months I have been searching in Welkom for an Air Filter for it!

All the lawnmower sales and service providers did not have it available and told me that my lawnmower is old and the part is not available anymore! I tried again this month and even the businesses that sale filters could not help me!

Luckily for me, when I went shopping on Friday 12 July 2024, I saw a new business that provides sales and service of lawnmowers, namely:- ClarkTech, Shop 11 & 12, 250 Constantia Road, Welkom. I enquired within and even though they did not have my air filter in stock, Dewald le Roux quickly browsed on the web and within a minute he found the one that I was looking for! I asked him to place an order for two (2) and on Tuesday 16 July 2024 he contacted me with the good news that I could come and fetch my air filters!

Dewald must be complimented for his friendly service and for actually searching on the web for the availability of the part, which neither of the other businesses did!
