Dissatisfied panel beater customer

I was in a car accident and I chose Clark & Kent as my panel beater. First of all they took a month to fix my car and I had to keep running after them to follow up on my car. Then once I got it back the bumper was put back on too high and the actual door of the boot was starting to remove the paint of the bumper and the boot didn’t close properly. I contacted them and it took them 2 weeks to book my car in and gave me a courtesy car. The courtesy car doesn’t lock and putting it into first gear is difficult and the car had died on me three times while driving in heavy traffic. This has not only put my life at risk but as well as my valuables in the car. I am deeply disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Car was given to them on Monday and I’m sill waiting for a response from them as I was told it would take 1-2 days. Thanks
