Disappointed with waiting time of service

I have sent my car for repairs. Had a side smash. Its been 3 weeks and its not done yet. It's Friday and was promised to be called today. Tht did not happen. I called them and was told thy will call me back. Tht did not happen. I called only to find out thy are now closed.
