I was involuntarily ****med on ClarityCheck while attempting to resolve an issue with their bot, following their directions. During the interaction, the bot began "glitching" and automatically subscribed me to a premium plan without my authorization or consent. I have screenshots proving that I repeatedly requested a resolution, cancellation, and refund. Instead, the bot continuously prompted me to purchase premium plans, despite me clearly responding "No, please cancel," and "No, I want a refund." Despite my repeated refusals, the bot suddenly confirmed an upgrade to a premium plan without my approval.

As a result, two unauthorized transactions were deducted from my account. This was done without my consent, which constitutes theft. I have made multiple attempts to contact ClarityCheck for a response and resolution, but I have been ignored.

This situation is not only unacceptable but also *******. Unauthorized deductions violate consumer rights and could escalate into serious legal consequences if not resolved promptly. I urge you to process my refund immediately to avoid further action. This matter cannot be ignored.
