was interested in the company services and tried the R19 trial run which i didn’t mind.
little to my knowledge im taken to another page with “add ons” and the page starts glitching and opting for those add ons even after pressing skip.
R550 is pulled from my account, no warning no authorisation. When i ask for a refund, there’s a specific no refund policy on the “add ons” meaning you are well aware of what your system is doing to your customers and hiding behind policies.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
