You have the option to pay for a Once Off report -or subscribe for monthly subscription. This is where I selected the Once Off report and paid my R19-03 to receive a worthless report. This morning, I discovered that another amount of R378-21 was deducted for monthly subscription!! I never agreed to this, and now after raising the matter with them get the standard No refund and Terms and Conditions gibberish sent back to me!!

I am livid as I feel I paid my dues by requesting the once-off report. Now they have my banking details and just decided to ***** my money and take the additional R378-21 that I did not agree to and now refuse to refund. I will NOT leave this matter as I feel absolutely cheated out of my hard-earned money!!!!
