No refund after various enquiries.

I hired a dress, paid the deposit. I cancelled the following day and Renata ensured me since no alternations has been done yet, I will be fully refunded. After many phone calls and visits at the the store, I still don't have my refund back. It is now more than 1 year that I am trying to get my promised deposit back.
