Terrible Service

I am very disappointed with Clarins. I have been using this product from years but have decided to discontinue due to the terrible service the have. The lady responsible for orders(Neesa) has no sense of service or care or anything . It’s really really bad, I’m actually shocked. Even when I told her I am not happy with the service she could not care at all.
