Poor delivery and empty promises

I am so disappointed in Clarins.

First they delivered my package to Illovo in Durban, instead of Illovo in Sandton despite the address clearly stating both the province and postal code. This caused more than a week's delay in delivery.

After numerous ignored emails and messages, the package was eventually returned to Gauteng. Thato then phones me to apologise and promises to send me an online voucher to compensate for the inconvenience caused. I was very agreeable and told her it is fine and thank you for the apology and voucher, however, they just never sent me the voucher.

I don't think I could be convinced to ever buy anything from them again.
