Outstanding Customer Service

I called into the Clarins Head Office to follow up on a booking for an event which i had been getting the run around with and was highly annoyed by the Media events company assisting Clarins South Africa with the event. Natasha took my call and gave me clarification in regard to the event i had queried, explaining every detail and double checking my booking confirmation. She continued to explain upcoming events and promotions with such professionalism and advanced product knowledge. It truly is a pleasure to receive customer service in such a high regard. I have been using Clarins products for years and i am really happy with the brand and service i receive. Thank you once again for service excellence and highly trained professional staff.
