NO REFUND IN ALMOST A MONTH

Very unimpressed with Clarins. Our driver returned a parcel on 06 June and we are still waiting for a refund. Freevious has been handling the order and assured us on 21 June it would be done. Cannot reach her now by phone and when you do call you are made to wait 15 minutes. This is not acceptable
