Horrible Service

Please never purchase online from Clarins, after 4 days of placing your order it is still being processed. When you phone customer service they promise to phone back in few minutes and the order will be shipped the same day. Well she never phoned back and my order is still being processed. I phoned back 5 hours later to lodge a formal complaint. The lady advised that she would put me through to Amy, well Amy is not available and please leave a message. Please ladies rather save your money and to Edgars and buy Dior, much better and the ladies at the Dior counter is very helpful and friendly. Rather than to deal Clarins that obviously don't care about customer service.
