Disgusting service

I visited the Woolworths store at Liberty Mall today and would like to share my experience.

I am a frequent customer at the store my family and I shop at Woolworths food everyday and I visit the clothes and fashion section at least 2-3 times a week.

I was very taken aback today when I visited the Clarins makeup counter and was met with a very hostile attitude from the sales consultant.

I usually use the clarins skincare range as I have very sensitive skin and can attest that the products are the best for my skin type. However usually before I try a new product I get the mini testers. Today I wanted to try a new product and the sales woman very rudely said “ wasn’t I just here” and “this product isn’t good for my skin type” she cannot refuse to give me testers and she cannot possibly see what my skin type is like without a mask. I am very disappointed to be embarrassed like that in a store full of people which I visit frequently. If that’s the way staff treat consumers I will not be spending my money at the Clarins counter at Woolworths at Liberty mall any longer.
