Clarins worst online experience
Good day
I placed an order online on the 10th of August.
I received an email from Amy Scroope apologizing for the delay.
I have in turn asked for a tracking number which I am still waiting for.
I don't understand how an international make up brand, haven't been able to deliver a package and a small boutique baby store sends out an order within 48 hours. (and I receive it within that time frame).
This has not been the first time I've waited for longer periods expected from Clarins when ordering online.
I have stopped buying Clarins in store, as I cannot fathom why your sales ladies do their make up while they are supposed to assist clients. I am also sick and tired of sales ladies showing how disgusted they are by your presence. #woolworths Centurion #edgars
I switched to buying online, as I thought it would be easier. It has proven not to be.
I believe I will have to rethink my facial products as I am not getting joy either way.
What is going on Clarins SA???
