Clarins: what a pleasure!

On Saturday I visited the Clarins counter at the Truworths store in La Lucia Mall, Durban. I was assisted by Muhle. Apart from being immaculately made-up (an excellent adverti*****t for your product!), she is a stunning woman with a personality to match. However, what really impressed me was her in-depth knowledge of Clarins products and the advice she gave me. I must have spent over half-an-hour with her (no, she wasn't ignoring other customers! That part of the store was quiet!), and I came away excited by the goodies I had purchased and keen to try them out! I give ten out of ten and a huge gold star to Muhle for her excellent service, great attitude, her enthusiasm (how many other beauty consultants are dead on their feet, and couldn't care less about us, the customers?!), her immaculate make-up and especially her in-depth knowledge of the product. You have a real gem in Muhle! She is somebody special!
