Clarins Useless - Smoking their products

If I could give no stars I would. I am absolutely disappointed with the lack of service. Ordered and paid for online goods over two weeks ago. Items have not been received and no feedback as to why. Was told to order gain and will get a free gift. Seriously!!!!! I should spend more money on another order not received in the first place. The courier co. RAM is not better either - they say they are waiting for the service provider and Clarins says they are waiting for input from RAM. I want to use a lot of curse words.
