Clarins online service poor

Really disappointing such a reputable brand have poor online service. I made a purchase over a week ago which is past their 4-7 day delivery policy. I follow up with their online marketing team only to get cold silence, it makes one really regret ever buying on their site. It’s better to buy from a shop rather than on their website. To add to that their courier had my contact details mixed up. I am just now blindly waiting for my purchase with faith that they will get their mess sorted. Very disappointed ☹️
