CLARINS ONLINE - BEWARE - THEY DON'T LIKE DOING REFUNDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Been waiting for a refund for a month now and it's a waste of time trying to call them as you just use airtime and cannot get hold of any to help. Totally unacceptable customer service for an international company like Clarins. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY. THIS IS THEFT!!!!!!!!!!!!
