Bad customer service

I ordered the samples on clarins website on 15 May 2022 and paid for the courier. On 20 May i received an email stating my order had successfully been canceled. I hold on the customer care line for 10+ min without being served. Ive emailed numerous times without reply. Ive seen other customers brag they ordered 25 boxes and received them. I still haven't even been refunded my courier fees!
