********** and potentially dangerous!

I stayed here with my family in January 2022. It was a ********** experience. I was woken up at 3am because I could feel someone touching my face and lower ribcage. I sat up quickly and didn't see anyone in the room. The door we locked from the inside was wide open. When I returned home I noticed that some of my clothing was missing. I contacted the property and the woman I spoke to was helpful to a point. She said she checked the cameras and said she saw nothing which I find hard to believe since there is a camera right outside our door. They made no further attempt to help me. I honestly believe it was a staff member as that is the only way someone could get into the room. I would highly recommend avoiding this place. I have no idea how long this person was in my room or what their intentions were before I woke up and scared them off. This was a harrowing and traumatic experience. 0/5 stars if I could.
