no complaince

<p>my aunt taxi in 2012 and insure the taxi with clarendon transport underwriters (pty ) LTD on the 11 June 2013 and then the taxi had an accident on 19 of September 2013 at more than 42 000 Km. then insurer said that the taxi is a write-off, i have ask the insurer to repair the taxi with A.V.S Body works in East London who i shaw the pictures of the taxi and said the taxi will be repair, also is willing to repair it. although the insurer said the taxi is a write-off, they reffer to V&R panel beaters in PE. V&R repair the taxi cost of repair was R99133.68. to my surprise V&R didnot put new front panel and dish board, only put the damaged or old ones an di refuse to take my taxi with as i see that they didn't put new things in my taxi only the old damaged ones. i called the insurer informing the situatation only the send me the payment to repairer which i haven't sign it but to my suprise mmy signature was on the payment to repairer of which is far different to my signature (suspect of *****) it was on the 15/10/2013 and also to my suprise my Policy Number were different on the certificate policy no: ********** 90 but on my claim form: ********** 40 claim no: CL31991</p> <p>12 March 2015 BUENA Vista Trading 106 (PTY) T/A Motor Vehicle spares sold my taxi to Mr Mlungisi Mpengu ID no: ********** 129081 amount of R80, 000.00 as they bought it from Spares Unlimited as is</p> <p>i have brought this matter to the following attorneys Frans Maritz Attorney, Zolile Ngqeza and LIPCO Law For All but nothing has happined as my taxi been used by Mr Mlungisi Mpengu who doesnot have the original documents for the taxi.</p> <p>then i open case with Grahamstown Police Station (case no:286/01/2015)where the accident first happend then the case tranferred to walmer park police station (case no: 446/01/2015) reporting that my taxi is been used without documents.</p> <p>all i wanted was that my taxi be repaired with new front panel and new dish board and i still have the pictures of the taxi when was damaged and after the repair the taxi. this has affect me motional and m,y family too. please help me to have my taxi back. ********** 322</p>
