Claremont Kosher bad meat

Shocking treatment by Alan of Claremont Kosher today has sadly led me to make a decision never to buy my meat from Checkers Sea Point again. I had bought six packets of meat on \special"end June which I took home straight away and froze. Last week I defrosted three of the packets for a meal and promptly threw them out after they smelt off. Today I took the other three packets with me frozen back to Checkers to talk to them about refunding me for all six packets. <br> I never gave it a moments thought.. I was sure that they would understand that the meat was off and deal with it appropriately. Alan told me that \""I should be embarrassed for returning meat a month later\"" and that he most certainly wasn't going to refund me one cent. Did he really think that I was so stupid to keep uncooked meat for a month in my fridge and then return it? I tried to explain that the meat had been frozen all the time. He wasn't interested. He was rude and offensive. Everyone has the right to question bad food. This wasn't the first time I had thrown away bad meat from Claremont Kosher "
