Zero after sales repair service

After trying for weeks to get Claremont Home Appliances to come and repair their oven, we still have not had any luck. Phonecalls don't work, nor do the emails they require in order to log the item. They say they will get back to me but still nothing - we can't use the appliances that we purchased from them, it's rediculous that they just don't care.
