Terrible service and rude communication.

I ordered a small part for a fan and was told they would call me back. A week later I decided to call them and again I was told they would call me back. Two weeks later I called again having heard nothing I was told very rudely not to call again as they would call me when they had the part. 6 weeks after placing the order I called again and insisted on finding out what was happening. Again I was told they would call me back. This time they did and told me it would take 3 to 5 days to receive the part and that they need payment before they order. Clearly in 6 weeks absolutely no action had been taken and no order made otherwise they would have asked me for payment. Not only uselessly inefficient but very impolite as well.
